So I'm happy with the new line and the WiFi, but my mom came home just now looking so somber, then she mentioned that the package that we got like one week ago has a new price but it is not applicable to us; it is now RM 12 cheaper per month! Our contract is for 2 years, so it's almost RM300 worth of savings, only if we had waited for this package.
But how can they do this? It is almost like them cheating their customers, and it was a university package for UC students! Cheating uni students now eh? Is this what they are resorting to? Do they expect the current users to pay the old price and the new users to pay RM300 less? Not only did they not list the period of the promotion, now they are changing the prices as they like. The 10, 000 users who applied for the old package better complain!
It's bad enough that this company doesn't have a good reputation for their service and all. Now, they are just silently hoping that their customers will be duped in oblivion.
