Someone trying to sabo...

Merdeka Day itself :D

I had this idea, that is to stencil the hibiscus onto large sheets of paper for our noticeboard instead of pasting cut-out flowers on them like we did last year, and it turned out really pretty! (thanks to shirren, chui har, yiwen and mages for staying back!and kar inn for taking care of the leaves part when we were rushing!:) Hehe even I didn't expect the end result to look so pretty.

And then somehow, after just a toilet break I came back to people really gungho-ing about the whole thing! Like getting us costumes to wear! Hehe, sorry for not really listening to the whole traditional clothes idea at first, it was a really good thing you guys picked it up :D

And honestly still, I don't know how SO MANY sets of clothes came about! It's. Kind. Of. Amazing!!!

Fact: Dressing up for that day for really fun!

When the judges came, and we did our little welcome greeting, I was actually honestly happy that we did all these thing together, and comforted myself that it'll be alright if we didnt win. I mean, how often do we impress the teachers like that right ;)

For those who *ahem* took a day off on the Merdeka's Eve, we (mostly form 6s and one or two form 5s) has a mini fashion show to showcase the array of simply beautiful, colourful (and mostly gorgeous-ful!) clothes!

*Cough* though the singing 'performance' could be better, no doubt....it was absolutely not important because our class won a prize! Ahh we've hardly won anything this big before;D

:) Happy holidays everyone!
